We're thrilled to announce Ripple Ag '24, Workshop based on strategic learning, collaboration & connection amongst primary producers.

Why Ripple Ag '24? Because like ripples on a dam, your actions now will create waves of improvement and lasting change. Reconnect with your peers, reflect on your progress, and refocus on thriving in 2025.

The workshop is your chance to harness the power of small changes, turning them into big results that carry your farm into the future with confidence. During the session we’ll cover a range of topics including:

Environment: A focus on drought strategies and natural capital management to help farmers improve sustainability practices.

Social: Enhancing farm health and safety and addressing key social challenges.

Governance: Reviewing and updating Business Plans, assessing what worked and what didn’t, and planning for the next 12 months, including all of 2025.

Additionally, the workshop will explore options for scaling farm operations, covering leasing or purchasing additional land, identifying suitable properties, negotiating terms, evaluating returns, and performing financial analysis to make informed decisions.
