This is a visual representation of the mental load I take off my clients.

This was a meeting I had with to discuss a series of upcoming projects and what I could take off their plate to make the process more seamless and stress-free moving forward.

As you can see, my client’s notes were short, simple, and dot pointed on one page, while my notes were detailed, in depth, and spread across multiple pages capturing everything we discussed, all the ideas, the follow ups, and the next steps.

That difference right there is a clear visual of what I take off my clients’ workload.

I hold onto the details, the tasks, and the moving pieces so my clients don’t have to carry it all in their head or feel overwhelmed by everything that needs to be done.

It means they can walk away from a meeting feeling clear, supported, and focused, instead of stressed!

This is how I help business owners reclaim their time and create space to actually enjoy running their business again. ☺️

1 year in business 🤍

I always knew I wanted to build something of my own… something that gave me the flexibility to be a mum, while still doing work I genuinely love.

After years of working in other businesses, supporting their growth and watching them succeed, I wanted to focus on something that was mine, while still feeling like I’m helping others.

I get so much satisfaction out of giving other business owners their time back, helping them take their businesses to the next level and taking away the constant overwhelm.

To my clients — thank you for trusting me with your businesses.

And an extra special thank you to my very first two clients. When I was first setting up my business, I had my ABN, but no business cards, no social media, and no website finished yet. I saw a networking event pop up and almost didn’t go because I felt like I wasn’t “ready” yet… but I went anyway.

I showed up with my business only half set up — and that’s where I met my first two clients, and , who are still with me today.

I’m so grateful you trusted me and took a chance on me so early on. I’ve loved supporting your businesses and watching them grow over the past year. Your loyalty has not gone unnoticed 🤍

So excited to be featured in my client, Balance Metrix’s newsletter for this month. 📩

It’s been an incredible experience supporting the team behind the scenes and being part of the growth of the Better Balance Initiative, a program focused on improving balance, strength and reducing falls risk in residential aged care and the community.

At the time of writing, the first model project has been successfully delivered at Bolton Clarke The Terraces (Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast), with two new 12-week projects about to kick off.

We’re also currently building a network of pre-qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) and exercise-focused Physiotherapists who are keen to partner with us and deliver the initiative within their local aged care communities.

Lastly, a warm welcome to Naomi from Nay & Co Solutions. Naomi will be coordinating Balance Mat trails with providers and sending out our Governance Framework — aimed at residential aged care and physiotherapy leaders to help road-test the Balance Mat technology.

Doing everything yourself sounds like a great idea… You think, oh I’ll just do it, I’ll save money, I can’t be bothered showing someone else how to do things etc.

That is until you’re the CEO, admin, social media manager, marketing team, accounts manager, customer service, and still expected to actually work in your business. 😅

Once you get support and watch your business flourish and grow into the dream you envisioned, you’ll think, why didn’t I do this sooner?!

Being a business owner doesn’t have to feel so mentally draining. You just need the right support. ✨
