Marking out hold down bolts has never been easier 👌

Let the Leica iCON robotic total station with your uploaded cad plans auto stake your points for you with ease.

Giving you the option to mark out with either the prism at a height or with the laser both have their pros and cons.

Auto stake with laser
- No need to level the staff
- Way quicker workflow on the screen and to find the point on the slab
- Limited with range of 25m
- Need a clear site

Prism Pole
- Use the prism on a pole at 200 to 2200 in height
- The added height helps get over obstacles
- You’ll have to look down at the screen to find the point “manually”, still much faster than tape 🤮
- Check your prism constants, can trip up new players

Mucking around with angles & the hp siteprint

15/01/2026

No 1 😂

This has won the top spot in our top five reels count down due to the dedication this took to make this video 😂

Pretty sure this wasn’t even made in summer when it was hot.

But incase you missed it, this video is showing off our Leica water rated equipment built for real construction sites in real conditions… maybe not this bad but pretty bad weather

You knew this was coming!

Our biggest, most viral post that took us from 5000 followers to over 40,000!

I actually posted this first and it got to 9mil views then I got hit with a takedown request as it had some company branding in it. So I repost it and it did even better 😬

Should see the amount of remixes it was getting in all different languages, it was a bit of a weird weekend whilst down in a holidays in Phillip Island when it took off.

How many views do you reckon this one will get? 😂

Next in our count down Is…..

The hp site print printing hold down bolts on some of the cleanest and smooth footings you’ll find in Victoria!

This home’s structure was to be built primarily out of steel so this use case worked perfectly, it also gave us the opportunity to show how you can set obstacle zones prior to printing to let the robot know there’s a cliff or serious 4x4ing required and you’d be better off going around.

Did you know, that while the printed points in this video are crosses with a circle you can print any of the default point symbols found in the point styles in AutoCAD.

You can then pick one of 9 different ink levels depending on how thick you want the lines, this helps on non porous materials.

And of those 9 levels you also have the option of permanent or non permanent inks that are water based or solvent….

You could also pick one of the many different colours in different shades of blue, red & black.

This made the list as it was our first ever viral video! I remember when it hit 200 likes and we were over the moon.

In the video Ric & Lou are showing off their new ability to level tilt panels without leaving the ground. But staking out the line of the panels they could shoot the laser at the top and adjust the panels into place.

This made installing the steel structure far easier and faster whilst also saving on hiring a cherry picker.
