Using the new Tower Pro operators, the team at East Vic Access has just installed two heavy-duty industrial cantilever gates for a transport company in Morwell.

The Tower Pro is a unique industrial gate operator developed by Edgesmith Australia. It features the advanced Roger Technology Brushless TW110 motor and digital controller, housed in a pre-wired enclosure, and is designed for gates weighing up to 2,000 kg.

This low-voltage system delivers powerful performance with modern efficiency. Unlike traditional three-phase high-voltage motors, the Tower Pro includes a built-in battery backup, so the gate continues to operate reliably even during power outages.

Thanks to Roger’s Brushless Digital Technology, the motor provides a true 100% duty cycle, making it ideal for high-traffic industrial use.

A once-in-a-lifetime project in the Northern Rivers region.

A grand 3.6 m high entrance built to look like it’s always belonged at the entrance to an old English garden.

Oceanside Fencing took on the full brief with absolute precision: The turning cogs at the top were a non-negotiable part of the client’s brief. Significant effort was put into calculating every load, sizing the cogs so they turn at exactly the right speed (never too fast, never too slow), eliminating any sag in the top beam, and engineering every guide, bearing and component to be fully serviceable for decades to come.

The real masterstroke? Keeping the whole system beautifully simple so it will run flawlessly for a very long time. That’s where our Boss Double Rebate Wheels came in.

Humbled to have played even a small part in something this exceptional.

Secure Access Solutions has completed five heavy-duty slide gates fitted with Grande operators mounted on top of our Boss bases as part of their full perimeter project in Jandakot.

The SAS team built the gates with extra-heavy palisades at 5kg each (!!) to meet the customer’s request for significantly higher security. For added safety and long-term reliability. They chose Grande operators specifically for their powerful, consistent torque, ultra-fast response when safety beams are triggered, and brushless motors that deliver ultra-efficient performance. These operators comfortably run at 100% duty cycle, even on +40°C Perth summer days, without overheating.

Grande is made in Italy by Roger Technology and is available in 800kg & 1500kg models.
