Today is International Women’s Day, a day to imagine a world free of bias, discrimination and stereotypes. At Done! by JW we are aware of the prevalence of these – we are working mums who have faced the fear of returning to work after a significant time unemployed, with the responsibility of a child with additional needs.

- “I can’t return to my career, who will hire me?”
- “My skills aren’t relevant”
- “How do I explain that gap on my resume?”
- “I can only work part-time”

We celebrate women today and every day. We are passionate about empowering women and seek to provide employment opportunities that utilise their existing skills and experience – to reassure them that they are valued and have much to offer, despite not being in the workplace for some time and only available for ‘non-standard working schedules’ due to parenting commitments.

We believe everyone has something to offer and love seeing a woman’s confidence grow when she realises this. Our clients work gets done by DBJW - done by jubilant women. Collectively we can all !
