Lloyd’s Glass & Aluminium is seeking a Part time Office Administrator to join our team. Sought after flexible hours inside school times.
Experience with Xero and Microsoft Office preferred but not essential, training will be provided.
Knowledge in the building/glass & aluminium industry preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) attending to phone calls, emails, quoting and all aspects of Xero/accounting.
You will be relied upon to do your work efficiently and ensure the office runs smoothly and effectively. You will also be required to provide administration support and/or undertake general duties requested by the business owner or our experienced glaziers.
In addition you will work collaboratively with existing office staff to support day to day operations and maintain a positive team environment.
Candidate must be highly efficient with the ability to multi task, be self motivated, well presented and reliable.
