Unfortunately our IT servers have been down since about 2:30pm AEST and we do not yet have an estimated time for when the issue will be fixed. The issue is not just impacting on our websites it is also impacting on our email system. When we have a further update I will update again on this post. Most importantly, if you have emailed our office about something important over the last few hours or have an urgent query please call us on +61(0)2-8061-3917. That will ensure that nothing important slips through the cracks over the next 24 hours.

This is a brief note to advise our customers that we are migrating our site to a new server today. The result of this should be faster processing times and a more reliable service. Unfortunately there may be a short outage that coincides with this change. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but hope that the improved future speed of our site makes up for any inconvenience caused.

We are very sorry to advise that our web servers have been down for approximately 12 hours. The issue is being worked on by our IT team as a priority but at this stage we do not have any update about when the issue will be resolved. If you have any urgent matters to discuss please call us on +61(0)28061-3917. In addition, if you have sent us an email over the last 24 hours it would be best to wait until we have confirmed that everything is back online and resend at that time. In the interim you can assume that we have not received any communications sent overnight.

We just provided clean water to three more villages in Uganda! Thank you so much to all of our program participants and supporters that have made this achievement possible. A special thanks for the continued commitment and passion of our local Ugandan team without whom none of this would be possible.

Optus is unfortunately experiencing a major outage with a number of landline telephones nationwide. This has meant that all of our telephones are not working at the moment. We have tried to divert the lines to various staff mobiles but apparently Optus are unable to do this until the problem is fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes anyone that is struggling to get in touch with our office at the moment.
