𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 — 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗲’𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹

Today we’re dispatching an order for a brand-new customer, and while that’s always exciting, the story behind this one is what really makes it special.

The first enquiry came in on 16 September 2025 — no formulation, minimal artwork, and a tight deadline. We told them the timeline was ambitious, but if everything went to plan, we’d make it happen.

From there, every department played its part. Our Aerosol Laboratory developed a new formulation and got samples approved in record time. Procurement ordered new raw ingredients, reached out to multiple suppliers to find one who could deliver within our timeframe, and sourced multiple new items from new suppliers to make it possible. Marketing refined and finalised the artwork, while Operations managed to fit the job into an already packed production schedule.

The customer recognised the effort we went to, and before their first order even shipped, they placed two more orders for November and December, with more to follow.

At Aeropac, we always prefer to work with solid forecasts and clear planning — but we also understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. When that happens, we’ll do whatever it takes to help our customers succeed. This job is a true testament to what our team is capable of — pulling together under pressure, adapting fast, and delivering results when it matters most.

Does it have to be expensive to be quality, or can it still be cheap and deliver?

We often get enquiries from corporate customers who want aerosols that are positioned as “cheap” in the market, yet they still expect the product to be consistent and reliable.
