Howies’ go big or go home waterfront project! 💪 HALFWAY DONE!

Overlooking Trinity Point Marina, this site has been completely excavated and transformed with tiered sandstone retaining walls and steps.

The heavy work is done—now it’s time to work our magic and make it practical, functional and ready to enjoy, with a firepit area on the top level and a new boatshed slab down by the water.

Watch this space—the best is yet to come! 🔥🌊

Like steak and beer… some things are just meant to go together.

Some jobs are too difficult. Others are simply written off as impossible....

This was one of them - The Great Wall of Wangi

A failing retaining wall on a steep cliffside, with next to no access and a long list of engineering and council requirements. The logistics alone were enough to make most walk away.

Not us.

Our team benched into solid rock, overcame the impossible access, and delivered a safe, engineered retaining wall built exactly to plan.

At Howies Excavations, we don't shy away from the jobs that others won't touch. We find a way.

Progress photos will follow... keep watching this unfold!!!!!!

Big challenges. Smart solutions. Quality workmanship.

Another quality project completed by Howies Excavation 👌

From the ground up, we built this deck and finished it with precision cut-outs around the existing sandstone retaining wall for a clean, seamless look

It’s the attention to detail that sets our work apart

From drainage to detail — this one came up an absolute treat 👌
Beautiful ornate coloured sandstone retaining wall, fresh olive tree in place, and a solid build all round.

Big thanks to our amazing clients, an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish.
