I’ve been doing some work for a family who were in a real pickle. One of those stories that would have hit the media if it didn’t come out right. After years of strain, I was able to call them early this morning and advise of a permanent residency grant. Her, waking her children this morning so we could both tell them, has got me remembering why I do this work.

I’ve signed this petition this morning for my clients who have been fully vaccinated, due to marry on 1 July, and have been living in isolation since they had to have one depart Australia in February last year. Her visa has been granted, but she can’t get permission to come and be reunited with her husband to be. Please take a moment to sign! Families need to be together!

We are extremely pleased to see the appointment of Angela Julian-Armitage to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Angela knows her Migration law and is very highly respected in our field of practice, so I am thrilled to read about this in this mornings news.

Migration Pathways has learned a lot during 2020. We have come to realise that, in some areas of our business, we are not competitive within the Migration Market. As a result, there will be some review of fees and services coming on 1 January 2021. We will continue to provide personalised service to our valued clients, and we look forward to working with you to achieve your Migration goals in 2021.

We are working at reduced capacity during the school holidays, and will be closed for business between 23 December until 8 January, with the exception of work that is already underway, or in the event of an emergency!
