How much does the average Australian wedding cost? $30k-$40k. The question often asked by couples is ‘How much does it cost to have you for an hour’ The first time I thought the guy was confusing my occupation! As a Celebrant I am the least expensive part of the Day but the only part you can’t do without!

I was delighted on 14th December to officiate at the marriage of Greg & Leino. It was great to meet you both at last. After corresponding via email for so long prior to your special day, I felt that we were old friends.

"Sue presided over our lovely but very low-key ceremony and was a pleasure to work with from the start. As all of the arrangements had to be made while my now husband and I were in Estonia, where we live, this entailed a lot of emails and research on Sue's part to make sure everything was OK with the marriage involving a citizen of another country. She kept us in the loop the whole time and made sure everything ran very smoothly, right through to the ceremony itself, which was short but sweet - and just the way we wanted it to be. Thanks, Sue, for caring so much about making our day as good as it could possibly be!"

Yesterday it was my absolute pleasure to marry Robyn and Terry. It was a beautiful sunny day for their wedding ceremony on the Quarterdeck at Belmont 16's. I look forward to seeing their beautiful photos and sharing them with you. Thank you Robyn and Terry for allowing me to be a part of your Special Day and for inviting us to share the evening celebrations. We had a great time! What a fantastic day was had by all at the Newcastle Wedding Expo on Sunday. Lots of great vendors there to meet and share their ideas.

Thanks to all of the lovely brides-to-be who I met with their fiancés, bridesmaids, mothers, mothers-in-law, sisters and friends.

It was indeed a pleasure to meet you all! Thanks to those of you who have already booked your weddings with me.
