What this means is that under conditions of uncertainty the rules of the game change. What has worked before will not necessarily work going forward. What is needed is a mindset of continuous improvement...and that is just a business 'jargony' way of saying that a shift needs to happen. That what you create is ultimately in the hands of your customers - the people you are creating value for, and without their input at every step of the process you are in danger of creating something that nobody wants. We are called Balancing Act3 (as an homage to Dr. Seuss) because we balance and provide value to you in 3 areas:
