We need to tell you about two wines that almost nobody in Australia has ever tasted.

They're made from grape varieties so rare that between them they occupy just a footnote in the world's wine books. One
— Siegerrebe — was planted on our property in Richmond, Tasmania more than forty years ago. The other
— Ehrenfelser — is, as far as we know, produced as a varietal wine by just one place in all of Australia.

That place is us.

Each year we make just 150 bottles of each. They're poured together — alongside our Eiswein — in a 45-minute guided tasting that we call The Exquisite, Rare & Limited.

Wine and handcrafted Federation Chocolate, on the same estate, in the Coal River Valley.

There is nothing else like it in Australian wine tourism.

We’re open Good Friday( almost completly booked) Satruday, Sunday (lunch bookings essential) Monday, noon to 5pm.

From Tuesday to Thursday we will be open by booking only, so we can manage our time and give each guest the experience they deserve.

Friday through Monday remains open as usual from 12 noon – 5pm.

Over the past little while, our family has experienced a loss.

As a small, family-run vineyard, life and work are closely woven together. When something personal happens, it naturally flows into the business as well.

For the next little while, Tuesday to Thursday visits will be by booking only. This isn’t about turning anyone away — it’s simply about managing our time carefully while we navigate an emotional season.

Friday to Monday remains open as usual, noon to 5pm.

We truly want to welcome you. If you’re planning to visit, we would really appreciate you booking ahead.

Due to a family bereavement, we will be operating on a bookings-only basis from Monday 23rd February to Friday 27th February.

During this time, we’re unable to guarantee walk-ins, so we kindly ask that you book ahead if you’re planning to visit.

We will reopen on Saturday 21st February, bookings will be essential for this weekend Ph 62503435.
