I have been working on something for a while and it is almost ready.

It is a 16-module course for parents of preschool-aged children.

Not a course full of advice you already know. One that starts with you, your nervous system, your self-blame, the voice in your head, and then moves gently into your child's development.

Because I kept meeting parents who were not 'bad' parents like they think they are. They are depleted ones. And depleted parents need something different to what is currently on offer.

Before I launch it properly I am running a free live webinar on Monday 15 June at 10am where I will walk you through the first module, share the science, and answer your questions.

It is free. It is one hour. And if it resonates you can grab the course at the early bird price of $79 before midnight on Sunday 14 June.

Registration link is in the comments. Come and see if it feels right for your family.

In our programs, we value the process far more than the final product. When children feel safe to explore without the fear of getting it wrong, they develop the confidence to innovate and problem solve.

Let them scribble, let them experiment, and let them see that their unique way of creating is exactly what the world needs. Encouraging them to colour outside the lines today builds the brave thinkers of tomorrow.

Nobody stopped singing to children on purpose.

Nobody decided to stop throwing balls with them, or letting them roll down hills, or teaching them the kind of hand games and rhymes that seem silly until you understand what they are actually doing to a developing brain.

It just quietly stopped happening. Screen time filled the gaps. Schedules filled the gaps. Fear of the outdoors filled the gaps. And before anyone noticed, an entire generation of children arrived at school without the sensory foundations that free play used to build automatically.

My programs exist to give that back. Short video sessions that children can follow at home, built on the same neuroscience that explains why those simple childhood activities mattered so much in the first place.
