🌳🚛 Tree Tuesday!

Tree Tuesday and we are looking at a beautiful morning after a little rinse in the Alex Carey gloves overnight.

Today is also a bit of a Truck Tuesday here at the nursery, with a big load of trees about to head out the gate.

This truck reminds me of Patrick Cripps on the weekend. When the game was there to be won, he went up for that huge mark and broke Geelong hearts. Just like this truck, he gets on board, brings the whole team with him, and gets the job done.

So, let’s get this truck loaded, get these trees on the road, and make the most of your Tree Tuesday.

Let’s talk Ornamental Pears 🌳

We are having a big sale on our Capital and Cleveland Select Pears and honestly, they are the perfect trees if you are wanting to create impact quickly.

These trees are already standing around 4m tall, making them ideal for driveways, fence lines, boundaries and feature plantings where you want that established look straight away. Narrow, tidy and reliable, they create structure without taking up too much space.

Here is a selection of photos of trees recently requested for customer orders 🌳

We have plenty more of these beautiful trees available, from 400mm pots right through to our in-ground stock. If you have been thinking about adding trees to your garden, now is a great time to come and have a look through the nursery.

Reminder — our Nursery Open Day is this Sunday. Come and walk the rows, see the autumn colour still hanging on, chat trees with us and find something special for your space.

Tree Tuesday and it is an absolute delight in the nursery. Just have a look at these leaves! 🍂

These ornamental pears are as orange as the Greater Western Sydney Giants. This line of Cleveland Select Pears are dominating just like the Giants on the weekend.

We had Toby Greene getting the job done with 5 snags alongside Jake Stringer, and these pears are doing exactly the same this time of year — bang, big colour, big showing.

Maybe the Giants should run through a big line of pears before the game… how good 😆🌳

Tree Tuesday and we are enjoying the autumn vibes here in the nursery 🍂

But we are perked up by the Autumn Red October Maple, not unlike Melbourne’s Kozzy Pickett — taking hangers, kicking goals and bringing plenty of excitement when the season rolls around.

These maples know how to put on a show with rich red autumn colour and strong upright growth. A real feature tree for gardens, driveways and streetscapes.

Tree Tuesday quickly turned into Flat Tyre Tuesday… a bit like the Richmond Tigers or Melbourne Storm boys, feeling the struggle. But don’t worry — give yourself a pump up and you’ll be back at your best in no time.

Sometimes the nursery days roll smooth, sometimes you hit a bump along the way. Either way, we keep rolling.

Tree Tuesday crept up on us this week… but we’ll take a bit of rain after three weeks of glorious sunshine.

We’re in an avenue of Capital Pears — clean, crisp, and reliable, just like the Sydney Swans. Think Isaac Heeney, Chad Warner, Errol Gulden… and we’ll throw in Charlie Curnow for good measure — just getting the job done.

Capital Pears are a ripper for tight spaces — tall, narrow, and perfect for driveways and avenue plantings. White spring flowers, strong autumn colour, and low fuss once they’re in.
