Stephan has prepared expert building reports for various building and construction related disputes and has appeared as an expert witness in the CTTT, NCAT, Local, District and Supreme Courts. Stephan is a member of the Society of Construction Law Australia (SoCLA) and past Chair of the Expert Witness Sub-Committee for SoCLA. Stephan has previously held the positions of Vice President of the Australian Society of Building Consultants and NSW Chair of the Housing Industry Association Home Building Consultants Group.
