Stephan is a member of the Society of Construction Law Australia (SoCLA) and past Chair of the Expert Witness Sub-Committee for SoCLA. DOH as Homer Simpson would say. Basic principle of building is construct a building that is dry, remains serviceable and does not cause deterioration of the building. So,an architect comes up with an idea, find a builder simple enough to build something like this will not come back to haunt you then when complete, renters take over, no maintenance, no attempt to keep clean, and now the full circle back to the builder that wanted to be part of this “innovative building@“ which has won awards……….

After some years of planning, Izzat is pleased to report on the remedial works on the balconies in Camden Lane at the Oaks Goldsbrough, Pyrmont.
