Temporary Office Administrator Wanted (Maternity Leave Cover)
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.

About the Role:
This is a varied role that will see you supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Hours 7am to 4pm Mon -Fridayy

Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones and responding to emails
Scheduling jobs and coordinating technicians
General admin and data entry
Basic accounts tasks
Customer service and client communication
Maintaining records and filing systems

About You:
Previous administration experience Required
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Friendly, professional attitude
Experience with Xero is a bonus
