My name is Pamela Ritchie, I have my own virtual assistant business called Focalyze.
My formal qualifications include:
• 9 years’ experience working in
Government as an Executive Support
Officer, specialising in Finance and
Assets.
• A Certificate 4 in Business
Administration.
• A Certificate 4 in Management and
Leadership.
I particularly enjoy document creation, design, and formatting, but I am skilled in all aspects of admin work.
I have experience using:
• Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, TEAMs, SharePoint, and
Visio)
• Outlook – email/calendar management

• SAP (finance system)

I am dedicated and hard working. I love helping people and making their lives easier. I have strong communication and time management skills.
I am currently working on developing my social media skills and have set up my own business Facebook and Instagram accounts that I post content to everyday. I also built my own web page.
