PureComm are expanding and require the services of an experienced Field Service Technician to assist in servicing our Gaming and Cash Handling contracts. This position would suit someone who is able to think on the fly, diagnose the fault and implement a solution in a timely manner.

Although we would prefer someone who is already experienced we understand the position is somewhat specialised and would consider applications from less experienced candidates. Training and support are both available to the right person.

Applicants will require a QLD Drivers License, Open Cablers License and MUST have permanent work rights within Australia. We will not consider applicants requiring sponsorship on a 457 Visa.

So this happened today. I received a call from one of our valued clients this afternoon to let us know that our office was on fire. By the time we arrived the upper story was engulfed. The front office is basically a right off but the good news is we managed to retrieve the server and the main warehouse area with all our stock and spare parts is basically untouched.

We will take a few days to get things set up in a temporary office but it will be business as usual as soon as possible.

Email is still online and our phone lines will be back online by Monday.

We thank you for all your support and look forward to supporting you moving forward.

This year we will be taking a well earned break beginning Monday December 21st 2020, returning to work on Monday 4th January 2021. During this time we will have technicians on call for works of an urgent nature only.

UPDATE: it seems the issue occurred around 4:20 am and affected mainly Telstra customer throughout Queensland. Internet services have now started to come back online.

It has come to our attention that there is a widespread outage in the Rockhampton area with internet service. We are unsure at this stage if the issue is confined to Telstra customers or if it is NBN related. We will post further updates as soon as we have more information.
