Following an internal promotion, we are looking for a motivated Customer Accounts Controller, to join our team in Rockhampton.
This is a mixed role, which includes both Customer Accounts Controller and office administration functions, including –
• Administering our Customer Credit Accounts book, in terms of policy, with regards to
• Creating & opening new Customer credit accounts
• Ongoing review of appropriate credit terms applied to accounts
• Contacting and reminding Customers for payment on overdue accounts
• Maintaining record of Customer contact
• Other general office administration duties
The most suitable candidate will have a friendly phone manner and at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, with a focus on maintaining Customer relations while managing the credit facility provided.
