🌿 WE’RE HIRING – Landscaping & Lawn Care 🌿

BW Greenfinger is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join the team!

We’re a busy local landscaping & lawn care business and are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn’t afraid of a bit of hard work and takes pride in doing a great job.

The role will include:
- Lawn mowing & edging
- Whipper snipping
- Landscaping
- Laying turf
- Hedging & pruning
- General garden clean-ups & maintenance
- Reticulation
- Assisting with day-to-day jobs

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is reliable and turns up when they say they will
- Respectful when working at customers homes
- Has a good work ethic and positive attitude
- Is physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Can work well independently and alongside others
- Takes pride in their work
- Has a current driver’s licence
- Lawn/garden maintenance experience would be great, but the right attitude and willingness to learn is just as important

📍 Based in the Rockingham area, servicing surrounding suburbs.

Hours and pay can be discussed depending on experience and availability.

Well… it’s taken almost 3 years, but we’ve officially had our first fallen soldier at BW Greenfinger 🪖🪟⚡️😂 Touch wood it’s also our last! 🤞🪵

Thankfully, it happened at our ownBW Greenfinger victim was the partner’s car… 😬

Business Blair: “Never mow or whipper snip when there are cars in the driveway.”

At-home Blair: “She’ll be right.”

Narrator: She was not right. 😂

One very shattered window later, I think the car will definitely be getting moved next time! 🫣

We may be a little slower out of the gates this week while we wait for the window to be replaced, as Blair has landed himself on kids school drop-off duties in the meantime. 🚗🎒

And of course, today’s rain has decided to join the party and make things even easier for us! 😩🌧️😅

BW Greenfinger🌱🍃 was asked to make a low maintenance native garden for the owners to come home to🪴🪷🌺

So here is what we did:

We got rid of the plain jane limestone look and kangaroo paws and gave this garden some colour.

New native Plants 🪴
New garden pebbles 🪨
New low key bird bath run off the Reticulation.
Relayed paving .
New garden reticulation .

This customer had their lawn laid 8 months ago, but it was left with high edges, uneven areas, and bumps throughout.

We’ve come in at the perfect time of year to fix it — topsoiling and levelling this lawn.
So far, so good!!!

Now it’s time to water, relax, and let the autumn weather do its thing 🍂🌦☀️
