We’ve been quietly working away and settling in over the past few months — now it’s time to officially say hello!
Bateman’s Connoisseur Meats is proudly veteran-owned and family-run by the Bateman brothers.
Butchering runs deep in our family. Our father was a butcher his entire working life, and we grew up surrounded by the sights, smells, and sounds of the trade. You could say it’s in our blood. ❤️
Between us, we’ve got over six decades of hands-on experience — from traditional butchering skills to modern techniques, sausage making, dry-aged beef, BBQ prep and more. We love what we do and we’re passionate about bringing quality meat and good old-fashioned, down-to-earth service to our community.
We’re so excited to be part of this amazing area and to continue the Bateman name with pride and passion.
