🪃Location matters, but it’s not a limitation.
Talent exists in metro, regional and remote communities - but access, visibility and opportunity aren’t always aligned.

Many candidates aren’t emerging - they’re experienced professionals ready to step into complex, high-impact roles.

🪃Connection is the missing piece.
