This newly created role will provide strategic cultural advice, lead reconciliation initiatives and help strengthen culturally safe practices across a nationally recognised organisation.

Shine People Solutions is proud to be partnering with Bush Heritage Australia to recruit for this exciting Indigenous Identified opportunity.

This role will work closely with Traditional Custodians, Aboriginal Corporations, Ranger Groups and community stakeholders to build strong partnerships and support Healthy Country outcomes across the Kimberley and WA Deserts.

✔ Build and strengthen partnerships with Traditional Custodians and Aboriginal organisations
✔ Support Healthy Country initiatives and community-led outcomes
✔ Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across the region

The role is based in the Kimberley region, with applications encouraged from candidates located across the region. Candidates based in the Pilbara will also be considered where they have strong connections to Kimberley communities and a demonstrated understanding of the Kimberley and WA Desert landscapes.
