As we emerge from pandemic restrictions, Melbourne will be alive and the hospitality industry will be a fantastic place to work.

To assist the industry in its recovery, and help everyone enjoy their time out and about, Blacktears security is looking for licensed and experienced Crowd Controllers to join its professional team.

We expect great customer service, excellent communication and sound judgement. In return, we offer a safe and positive working environment, a trustworthy company and a supportive team.

Positions are predominantly around the CBD and City Fringe and the hours are mostly weekends. We also have supervisor roles for appropriate applicants.
