* Practicing inversions like suspended headstand in rope yoga taking support at the back improves blood circulation in lower back and doesn’t compress the crown of the head.

* Similarly, rope yoga is beneficial in improving the concentrating power and memory retention more than any usual practice.

* It helps achieve meditative states, as using ropes to enter a pose enhances the duration of holding a posture.
