Tefol designs and manufactures custom Work Platforms and Machine Stands as part of our Specialised Workshop Tooling range.

Engineered to support controlled maintenance, component handling and large machine rebuilds, our platforms and stands help to:

✅Improve component stability during maintenance
✅Enable consistent, repeatable workflows
✅Maintain compliance without slowing production.

📸 Pictured: D10 & D11 Machine and Pusharm Stands, designed and manufactured in-house at our Muswellbrook workshop for a mining client.

These stands have a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 25t and have been certified by a network of 3rd party engineers to ensure compliance for high-load applications.

WHAT'S ON IN THE WORKSHOP? ⚙

A stick overhaul is currently underway at our Muswellbrook workshop - a substantial structural component requiring detailed inspection and repair.

The component has been fully blasted, with NDT crack repairs and structural repairs now in process to bring it back to standard.

Once these repairs are complete, it will be linebored in-house by the Tefol team.

Built back to standard, with the detail and care large components demand.

The laser cutting machine is our newest addition - and now we're looking for the right operator to run it.

Tefol is seeking an experienced Laser Operator to join our Rutherford operations. ⚙

This is a hands-on role, not a set and forget position. You'll be loading and managing sheet stock, interpreting drawings, setting up jobs, monitoring cut quality, and working closely with our engineering and production teams to deliver accurate, high-quality work.
