Kustomize it is growing, and we’re looking for an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team!

If you’re someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working with machinery and wants to be part of a busy, creative production environment — we’d love to hear from you.

👕 THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Embroidery Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating our commercial embroidery equipment and producing high-quality branded apparel and merchandise.

The role will also involve general production duties, including assisting across our apparel decoration and promotional products operations.

🔧 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Good attention to detail and a strong eye for quality
* Reliable, organised and able to work to deadlines
* Someone who takes pride in their work
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
* Previous experience in apparel decoration or production is a bonus
