Using the latest EMF locating equipment and various other pieces of equipment we are able to locate ALL your underground services for you incl Gas , Mains water, Storm water, Waste, power and telecoms cables etc. We mark out location, route and advise of depths and once job completed we supply a report and if required can supply gps co-ordinates, CAD drawings, marked up sketches and customised reporting. We also have pipe inspection cameras to capture any issues underground allowing better planning of repairs to save time and cost to our clients. We are also fully equipped with some of the best equipment on the market to locate leaks, through all surface types incl concrete and bitumen. We have over 20 years industry experience, have a blue card, white card and are also police checked. We service both domestic and commercial clients and customer service is very important to us, if we can't answer then we return every call we receive, and be there when we say we will.

Sometimes locating leaks can be so hard, doesn’t help when this house was built they put the mains water at 1.6m deep and right next to sewer and storm water pipes. We were there to support LJM Plumbing, Gas & Drainage with this one, locating services and utilising leak detection equipment. Putting the mains water at 1.6m deep is madness! This was a not an easy job for some of the nicest clients I have met to date.

We do have capability and today we located this leak and then we checked and found the power and data cables right next to leaking water pipe and located at 200mm deep.

This rain really effects our clients businesses and the knock on effect to us means a lot of rescheduling jobs and also getting wet on the jobs we can still progress with.

With the weather this week being heavy rain we decided to go back to school on Friday for some upskilling! (Just so happened to not rain on the one day we do training). Learning more about Ground penetrating radar and how it can support our current business and open up some new opportunities! We can find dead bodies, buried treasure, voids under ground and the list goes on!!

I think this is the smallest leak we have ever found, was just seeping out the pin hole and unfortunately it was right behind the power socket, we found it and facilitated the repair for the client. Thanks to Samson Services Plumbing & Gas for fast response to this one.
