Sandgate Timber Mill Pty Ltd has permanently closed as of Friday18th February 2022.
It is with mixed emotions; our third generational family-owned business of 71 years has closed its gates for good. The decision whilst not made lightly was certainly prompted and hastened by the current climate in the timber industry. Though unfortunate the
fourth generation won’t be continuing the family business it is fortunate the third generation finally get to retire!
It has been our pleasure servicing the timber needs throughout the state and beyond. To our wonderful schools whom we have been servicing for decades it has been such a pleasure. To our builders, manufacturers and general public we say thank you. To our special customers who kept coming back, you know who you are, we are so appreciative of your friendship and loyalty. To the Sandgate Community we will miss you but the time has come.
