A new home in Bonville currently in concept design, bringing together classic farmhouse proportions with a lighter, more relaxed coastal feel.

Layered gabled roof forms, expansive glazing and natural stone create a simple but considered exterior, while raked ceilings and open-plan living work to draw the landscape into the home.

Renders | Swipe through to explore some of the interior spaces of our Moonee Beach project ➡️

These renders offer a glimpse inside our Moonee Beach renovation, a Spanish Revival home that’s currently under construction.

Collaborating with Nicolle from Natural Habitat Interiors, we’ve carefully balanced the character of the original home with a refined, contemporary approach. Warm natural materials, soft curves and layered textures bring a modern feel while staying true to the home’s Spanish-inspired architecture.

Currently under construction 🦺

This Spanish Revival renovation is currently under construction, transforming an existing home into a warm, character-filled residence inspired by timeless Mediterranean architecture.

It’s always exciting watching a project move from drawings to reality, and this one is starting to take shape beautifully.

This render shows a the living area of project I’ve been quietly working on that’s about to break ground.

What started as a challenging multi-level pole home perched on a steep site will soon become a light-filled coastal home designed around its northern aspect and incredible outlook over Diggers Beach.

It’s always rewarding seeing the potential in these older homes, and even more exciting when they’re this unique. Looking forward to watching this one take shape.

Here’s a render of the rear alfresco, designed to feel like a true extension of the living space. Timber-lined ceiling, seamless pool connection and plenty of room for long afternoons outside.

Karangi kitchen transformation ✨

The new kitchen at our Karangi renovation was designed to feel brighter and more connected to the living areas. Installing a structural beam allowed us to open the space and create a more seamless flow, while the natural stone and timber finishes bring warmth and character to the space.
