Two years ago, Jeannette took a bold leap at 56, bringing over two decades of customer service, stationery, and print experience to lead our team. Transitioning from a sales background into running the entire business came with a steep learning curve, but Jeannette embraced every challenge. From day one, her philosophy for our team has been simple: put the customer first and “make possible what initially appears impossible.”
