Congratulations to Alexandra Ho who was named th MAAC swimmer of the Week. Alexandra broke the ECAC meet record and Monmouth’s program record with her first place finish in the 50 yard freestyle (23.16) in addition to her record in the 100 free (51.18) and being a member of four record breaking relay teams. An outstanding performance!

Andrea Ho (senior) continues to impress in the pool. Andrea is a student athlete at George Washington University and recently was first placed in the 100m Back (59.14) against Old Dominion University. Congratulations Andrea, the Ho sisters are performing well!

COVID-19 has provided challenges for us all, but AAS clients Georgia Watkins (freshman) finally departed Australia last month and broke two school records in the season opener. Alexandra Ho (Junior) had two first places and now has 18 career first-place times. Watkins from Victoria & Ho from Perth are student athletes at Monmouth University, NJ. Well done ladies AAS are proud of their achievements.
