Full Garden Tidy-Up Completed In Waterford Park! 🌿

The clients of this property reached out to us for a helping hand getting their gardens back into shape before putting the property on the market.

The gardens had become significantly overgrown, with the front footpath completely covered by overgrowth and the gutters requiring urgent attention. Our service consisted of mowing, whipper snipping, hedging, pruning, gutter clean, as well as taking care of all green waste and disposal.

Full Exterior Paint Completed In Tallarook! 🏡✅

The client of this property contacted us to completely refresh the exterior of their home to achieve a modern and fresh new look - along with a range of different carpentry repairs and improvements needing to be completed throughout their property, and WOW... what a result! ⭐

🔨 Carpentry & General Improvements Completed Included:
- New Baseboards & Gate Installed.
- New 138mm LOSP Fascia Installed.
- Timber Installed around Aluminium Window Frames.
- Major repairs to bifold doors, including replacement of bottom rails.
- New Window Mouldings installed.
- Extended concrete slab (as the exterior doors were built outside the existing slab)
- New Gutters and Downpipes installed around the property.
- Tuscan Toppings layed as a path around house.

🎨 Painting Works Included:

- Extensive filling and caulking completed.
- James Hardie Boards (Walls) - finished in Dulux "Moncur".
- Windows, Frames, Bifold Doors and Pine Lining beneath the pergola, finished in "Antique White USA".
- Gutters, Downpipes and Baseboards finished in "Woodland Grey".

Freshly Repainted Walls - Kilmore! ✅

The client of this property reached out to us wanting all the walls throughout their home repainted. Before any paint could be applied, the walls required a fair amount of preparation, including plaster repairs, patching and removing visible trowel lines to create a smooth and even surface. Once all preparation was completed and the patched areas were sanded, we applied 2 coats of Dulux "Hogs Bristle" (1/4 strength), giving the home a fresh and updated appearance!

Sometimes it's just a simple refresh that can make all the difference. Great results! 👍

Little Refresh Completed In Kilmore East! ✨✅

A client of our's reached out looking to give her laundry and main bathroom a freshen-up, while retaining the existing colour scheme.

The laundry received a full repaint, with the ceilings finished in Builders White Quarter and the walls and woodwork in Antique White USA. The main door to the laundry was thoroughly prepared with an undercoat, before being finished in Antique White USA (semi gloss). To complete the laundry, the bench-top was given a fresh restain using Cabot's Stain & Varnish - adding the perfect finishing touches to the room!

The main bathroom required repainting of the ceiling, door and door frame, tying everything together beautifully!

A simple refresh that has made a great difference to both spaces👍

Kitchen Renovation Completed In Kilmore! ✅

A client of ours was looking to rejuvenate her existing kitchen rather than replacing it completely, and what a transformation it has been! This is a great example of how working with what you already have can still deliver fantastic results, without the need for a complete replacement. 🙌

The painting process required extensive preparation, with all cabinetry doors and drawers being thoroughly sanded before applying a coat of Dulux "One Step Enamel". Once applied, the surfaces were sanded between coats before finishing with 3 coats of Dulux Super Enamel in "Mossy Road - Green". All remaining cabinetry and walls were finished in Dulux "Builders White" - giving the kitchen a bright and clean appearance.

To complete the renovation, new Caboodle 38mm laminated benchtops (Hazelnut) were installed, supplied by Bunnings, along with new splashback tiles that wrap around the bench top area. The finishing touch was a set of fresh matt black handles, tying everything together beautifully and complementing the new colour scheme.

A New Look For This Beautiful Heritage Home! 🏡✨

While we are currently working on the exterior of this property, the client approached us on short notice to see if we could assist with painting a couple of rooms inside their beautiful heritage-listed home - and we were more than happy to lend a hand and make it happen!

This job required extensive preparation to ensure the best possible finish. Works included the removal of existing wallpaper throughout the main hallway, extensive plaster repairs, filling, caulking of all woodwork, and undercoating of all fresh plaster.

For the colour scheme, the ceilings and woodwork/doors were finished in Haymes "Love Note", while the walls were finished in Haymes "White Beam". To complement the existing paintwork throughout the home, we used top of the range Haymes products to achieve a quality and long-lasting finish.

We are glad we could help the client tick another job off their to-do list! ✅ With the weather starting to pick up, we cannot wait to get stuck into finishing off the exterior paint and showcase the results.
