A few weeks back we had a very special (and big!) dinner at . We catered for 175 guests and it was a three course meal, it was a busy day but very satisfied with the results. On the menu: mini grazing boxes for entree, main course was a choice of our chicken chorizo paella, or goat cheese, bacon and spinach stuffed pork with candied sweet potato and green beans, and for dessert our house tres leches and panacotta with mango sauce. It was all soo good! Oh! And of course for the little ones we had a creamy tomato pasta and brownies with caramel sauce 😉

Again sorry for the photos! We really need to figure out a way to take some good pictures before the last minute rush starts! ☺️☺️

We had the pleasure to cater a special memorial yesterday. Alot of yummy food! Please excuse the pictures with the cling wrap! 😅 it’s hard to take nice pictures when the food is uncovered and ready to serve!
