Another big week for the Inspire team! From supporting our centres and strengthening operations to maintaining our learning environments and connecting with teams, it's been a week full of collaboration, growth and making a difference. Take a look at what we've been up to this week 👇

🎉Growing the Inspire Team: Welcome Josh! We're excited to welcome Josh to the Inspire team as our new People and Culture Leader. A great addition to the team and already making a difference!

🚗 Supporting Centres Where It Matters Most: This week was filled with meaningful conversations around strengthening children's agency, programming and planning, professional development, and client strategy meetings.

🌿 Bush Kindy adventures brought plenty of fun, exploration and learning in nature!

We also said farewell to a long-standing Centre Manager, we wish them all the very best for the future.

Great conversations, shared experiences and plenty of laughs were had at our Inspire Team Induction Lunch.

✈️Maintenance in Bundaberg: Our maintenance team has been hard at work in Bundaberg this week—a great reminder that we proudly support regional centres too, ensuring our environments remain safe, welcoming and inspiring for children.

Thank you to our amazing teams for another week of passion, collaboration and commitment to children, families and each other.

What a week for the Inspire team! Travelling between centres, providing hands on operational support, taking care of maintenance and day to day essentials. Here’s a quick look 👇

📈 Growing Our Team: Our Inspire team is growing, and we couldn’t be more excited! Stay tuned, we’re excited to introduce the newest members of the Inspire family in the weeks ahead!💚

🎉 Growing the Inspire Family: Exciting times ahead! We had several discovery calls this week with approved providers who have centres in NSW and Victoria. We can't wait to start supporting their journey.

✈️ Melbourne Bound: This week, Cassie, Candice, and Leanne headed down to Melbourne to meet face to face with centres, and what an exciting trip it’s been! There’s nothing better than connecting in person, getting to know teams on a more personal level, and continuing to build genuine relationships.

We had the pleasure of catching up with one of our long-standing approved providers, as well as one of the sectors renowned Pedagogy and Practice leaders, and long time friend Kerrie O’Neill, making the trip even more meaningful!

👯‍♀️We bumped into the Incredible & Inspirational Turia Pitt on our travels & had a moment with her

We were also invited to check out the Step 4 Showroom… safe to say we left feeling very inspired ✨

💻 Operations Support: This week involved networking with platform providers Storypark to inform software design and support the Early Childhood community, guided by our ambition to prioritise quality, efficiency, and practices that promote children’s wellbeing and values.

📈 Growing the Inspire Team: We continued meeting with passionate professionals through our interview process this week! As we expand and welcome those who align with our values and vision we continue to grow the Inspire family.

👋 Welcome Beau: A warm welcome to Beau, our new Marketing Assistant, who has already made a wonderful support to the team!

🚗 Supporting Centres Where It Matters Most: Another busy week spent out visiting centres, working closely with services to reinforce quality practices, strengthen support systems, and keep positive outcomes at the centre of everyday work.

🌙 Commitment After Hours: We attended a centre family information night with Inspire team members as key speakers, sharing updates on pedagogy, programming, and centre developments. Running into the evening, it reflected our commitment to showing up, engaging with the community, and building stronger connections.

🎤 Sector Leadership in Action: This week we exhibited at the Childcare & Early Learning Leaders Summit 2026 and hosted two roundtable sessions in Sydney. It was an incredible opportunity to connect, collaborate and network with passionate leaders across the sector.

🚗 Supporting Centres Where It Matters Most: Another busy week on the road for our team, working closely with services to ensure quality practices, support systems and outcomes continue to remain a priority across every centre.

📈 Growing the Inspire Team: As Inspire continues to grow, so does our team! We officially began our first round of interviews this week, and we’re excited about bringing more passionate professionals into the Inspire family.

What an incredible few days at the Childcare & Early Learning Leaders Summit 2026, hosted by Future Place 🌟

Our Inspire Early Years Management team were proud to exhibit at the summit and host two engaging roundtable sessions 🎤, where we shared our hands on approach to supporting early learning services in achieving and excelling in quality outcomes 📚✨

A highlight for us was connecting with so many passionate sector leaders 🤝 and collaboratively building our inspirational wall. 🧡 Thank you to everyone who stopped by to share ideas, experiences, and inspiration.

Another big week of showing up, supporting our centres, and doing the work where it matters most. Here’s what’s been happening across the Inspire team 👇

✈️ On the Ground in VIC: Cassie and Michael headed down to support our Victorian centres with policy reviews, quality areas, child safety and maintenance. Real, hands-on support that keeps things moving forward.

🏗️ New Centre Progress: We visited our newest centre again this week 👀 Resources will be rolling in very soon… it’s all starting to come together!

🎥 Content in Action: Content is a huge part of marketing, and this week we were out filming engaging videos alongside our amazing educators. Authentic, real moments… just how we like it.

🎉 Growing the Inspire Family: A big welcome to THREE new centres joining Inspire! We’ve already been onsite, providing support and diving into meaningful work from day one.

🌙 Commitment After Hours: We attended a team forum that ran late into the night, but this is what sets us apart. We don’t just talk about the work, we’re there, supporting, guiding, and growing together.

🧠 Collaboration in Action: Some of our Centre Managers joined us in the office this week to brainstorm ideas around pedagogy and programming. These conversations are where real innovation happens.

📸 First Impressions Matter: We’ve been out capturing photos during first visits to help showcase our centres and support their growth and visibility.

🤝 What Sets Us Apart: We’re not office based consultants. We’re in centres, side by side with teams, delivering practical support and real outcomes every single week.
