🛠DONT LET THEM TELL YOU, YOU CANT DO IT🪚
I’m here to evidence you can do anything you set you mind on!
As a women my dad never held us girls back from work, getting dirty or doing what most men did…. And it made me limitless in what I can achieve.
I am pulling my kitchen apart to Reno, and repainting the house, replacing all archs & skirts etc to give this home a fresh lick😍
With the help of my son & - when they are available 💓
Don’t let people, distractions or excuses stop you from in life.

As a consumer I get the chance to trial the market for various services and industries….
Today I needed help and would have paid anything practical to fix…..

10-12 ph calls - nobody was keen to go above and beyond….
Businesses survive off offering “solutions” to paying consumers!
• Too busy….
• Process, systems, structure of booking etc was not practical for utilities callouts - heating in winter…. Sched a booking = 5-21days wait!!
• Well-being ( care) & compassion is lost….

I rang a few big businesses then a few smaller/tradie businesses,
I troubleshot the possible issues before calling, I offered the summary to help solve….
All day and no remedy🙄🤨

Most close at 4-5pm.
At nearly 6pm a guys left a msg, I call back….
He answered after 6pm,
listened to the key points of steps taken,
Asked a few Qs relevant to product /brand / unit installed…. Proceeded to assist and finally tonight I have kids warm with issue resolved.

He also initially mentioned he was busy - but would try to squeeze me in tomorrow if it was unresolved!!

It’s not hard to be an outstanding service provider when a majority simply don’t try very hard to ‘provide a service’ or show compassion they would hope to receive if in the same predicament.

I will recommend any business, especially locally and family owned if they are going to help consumers find a solution suitable.

Today Tom at Husky Gas & Plumbing in Shepparton did more than all others and deserves our support to keep him in business.

Great job, so for all your GAS OR PLUMBING NEEDS IN THE SHEPP AREA - call Tom and tell him I recommend him 👌 and… he is a kind, helpful ‘pay it forward’ soul too💚
