I completed my Diploma in Children’s Services in 2005 and have now worked over 19 years in the childcare industry. Play is valued and encouraged as a medium for all aspects of development and learning. Through ongoing observations and evaluations enriched programmes are created which encourage and promote learning and development. Children are competent, capable and active participants in their own learning and as a result programmes change and develop accordingly. Telly-Tots Family Day Care aims to be an extension of the child's family environment by offering a continuity of care and a home away from home that both the children and their families will feel comfortable and welcome in.
