I completed my Diploma in Children’s Services in 2005 and have now worked over 19 years in the childcare industry. ly-Tots Family Day Care children are given the freedom to develop their capabilities and interests through self-selected activities. Play is valued and encouraged as a medium for all aspects of development and learning. Through ongoing observations and evaluations enriched programmes are created which encourage and promote learning and development. Children are competent, capable and active participants in their own learning and as a result programmes change and develop accordingly. Telly-Tots Family Day Care aims to be an extension of the child's family environment by offering a continuity of care and a home away from home that both the children and their families will feel comfortable and welcome in. Telly-Tots Family Day Care is an approved child care provider and registered with Koolanga Family Day Care Service. I have completed training in and hold a current:
- Provide First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training Certificates
- Child Protection Certificate
- Food Safety Training
- Safe Infant Sleeping Certificate
- Sun Smart Certificate
- Safety and Supervision Certificate
- Infection Control Training

The service is fully insured and child proofed. CCS available. Meals provided.

After sharing 2–4 special years with an amazing group of little people, it’s bittersweet (as always) to watch them embark on their next adventure — school.

Goodbyes are always hard, but new hellos are the best!! 🤗 And I’m so excited to be able to welcome new little friends into our daycare family!

All excursions require written consent prior to leaving the service. Should we have a spontaneous excursion arise (and given all consent forms are active and up-to-date), parents are contacted to confirm they are happy for the outing to go ahead. Once all families consent to our spontaneous adventure, then off we go! If a child is not granted permission to leave the service on a planned or spontaneous excursion then we simply stay at Telly-Tots and make our own fun!
