FSP OZ Products is looking for a reliable and organised Administration & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in a varied all-rounder role supporting day-to-day business operations.
This is a part-time position (16 hours per week) with the opportunity to progress into a full-time permanent role for the right candidate. Immediate start available.
πΉ About the Role
Youβll assist across administration, customer service, freight coordination and general office support in a friendly and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
β Phone and email enquiries
β Customer service and internal support
β Processing invoices and purchase orders
β Accounts payable & receivable data entry
β Freight coordination and delivery updates
β Maintaining customer records and databases
β General administration and team support
β Assisting warehouse operations administratively
β Preparing reports for departments
β Maintaining presentation of the showroom and office
πΉ About You
We are looking for someone who is:
β Highly organised and detail-focused
β Tech savvy and confident with Microsoft Office
β Friendly and professional with customers and suppliers
β Able to multitask and manage priorities
β Reliable, proactive and team-oriented
Previous experience in administration, customer service, invoicing, freight coordination or accounts administration will be highly regarded.
