2024 Car 70 – Variety Club 4x4 Bash – Call for Sponsorship.
From 27th May till June 10th I will be making my way with the team
which consists of myself (Captain), My Dad Neil (Navigator) and Mason (Winchman)
This was my idea to proceed with this for several reasons. Firstly, I remember watching a Variety Bash Car (Toyota Crown) drive around and raise funds as I grew up and I clearly remember the fun and camaraderie that was so highly evident.
Secondly. I am a Business Owner (In Somerville, VIC) and live in Botanic Ridge. I’m a CFA Volunteer with 5 years of service between Somerville and Devon Meadows and I served nearly 11 years in the Australian Navy and have worked in Public Service (Defence, CFA and VPS for the last 10 years). Assisting the community and others in need is something that I pride myself on.
The final reason is that I grew up in Bordertown and Port Augusta (Flinders Ranges). So this is also a trip down memory lane as is goes through both areas.
What I am looking for:
To help raise funds I am looking for Business to provide Sponsorship in either products to raffle/auction off or direct donations in support.
Depending on the value, I am willing to work with Businesses to see what I can provide in return (Advertising on the Vehicle and On-line) and attend events where appropriate.
