SANDS TRAFFIC CONTROL is seeking reliable and qualified traffic controllers for work next week - possible on going to the right candidate

Our depot is located in Somerville with worksites across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula

You must have proven traffic control experience, come with a positive attitude, have the ability to work on your own or as a member of a team and be committed to ensuring a safe work environment.

To be considered for the role, you will require the following:
• RIIWHS205D Control traffic with Stop/Slow Bat
• RIIWHS302D Implement Traffic Management Plan
• Construction Induction Card – Formerly Red / White Card
• Minimum 3 months experience as a traffic controller
• Victorian Drivers Licence and be able to drive a Manual Ute
• Being able to read TMP’s and MOA’s
• Experience setting up signage.
• Must have own PPE including, high vis pants and shirt, hard hat and safety boots.
• Excellent communication verbal & written
• Reliable and flexible with availability

We are very proud to say Sands Traffic Control will be keeping our veterans safe as they March for our fallen soldiers to the Frankston War Memorial on Anzac Day 2019.
We will stand by Frankston RSL proudly, to ensure our veterans can March in Memory on this special day.
PLEASE BE AWARE, THERE WILL BE ROAD CLOSURES SURROUNDING THE FRANKSTON WAR MEMORIAL FROM 10.30am to 11.30 am on Thursday 25th.

An RSL branch is pleading with Frankston Council to keep supporting Anzac Day events so it can retain more money for veterans.

Today is the day!!!! Somerville Family Day will start at 10am. Fun for the whole family so bring everyone down and see what's going on! Please leave pets home as it will be noisy and busy. If you live close by consider walking as parking is limited. Today is going to be amazing. Thank you to everyone who has been involved with putting it together! Remember that all money raised today will go back into the community
