Hardware Support Partners (HSP) is an Australian based Technology Integrator and Managed Services provider with reach across Australia, New Zealand and into many other countries.

HSP unlike many of its competitors has a desire to have only several non-competing clients with whom they can be intimately focussed with on developing solutions and delivering custom built projects and support. There is no desire at HSP to have an extremely wide portfolio of multiple clients. This philosophy has allowed HSP to remain extremely responsive, agile and capable.

About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide safe, efficient and compliant diagnostic, maintenance and modular replacement services. You will develop relationships and build trust.

Duties

Mechanical repairs, servicing and installation of Retail hardware
Record keeping and job accountability
Providing a high level of customer service
Independent field service work as directed
Travel within Victoria, with some travel interstate if required

Skills & experience
Valid drivers license
Trade qualification desirable
