Your Breville brews at 93°C by default…

But different coffees can benefit from different temps

Even a 1°C variance can change flavour, body and bitterness

Brew temp settings on the Barista Express:

Default = 93°C
1 CUP = 94°C
2 CUP = 95°C
FILTER = 92°C
POWER = 91°C
