One of the things I love most about the Bathhouse is that I designed the experience to meet you exactly where you are.

I often think that's something we miss in everyday life. We spend so much time keeping pace with everything around us that we forget to check in.

I understand that the Bathhouse may have been on your radar, that you may not have made the trip just yet. I personally invite you to come down and immerse yourself. Check in. And restore.

There is something beautiful about the beginning of a day.

Before life gathers pace. Before conversations begin. Before we step into our many roles. Take a slow breath in. And breathe out gently. Let yourself arrive before the day asks anything of you.

Sometimes one quiet minute is enough to change the feeling of the whole morning.

I often wonder when we stopped feeling comfortable doing nothing.

We seem to have become very good at filling every spare moment.
Waiting becomes scrolling. Walking becomes talking. Sitting becomes catching up (on work).

Yet, some of the most restorative moments I've experienced have happened when nothing much was happening at all.
They seem like ordinary moments. Perhaps that's exactly what makes them so powerful. My hope is that this space helps you reconnect with some of them.

I've noticed how quickly the outside world arrives.
Before we've even taken our first breath, the messages begin. The news. The calendar. The Alerts. We seem to be "always on".

Over time, I've come to protect the beginning of my mornings. Even fifteen quiet minutes changes how I move through the rest of the day.
A cup of tea. Looking outside. Sitting quietly.

If fifteen minutes feels possible, begin there. Perhaps one day it becomes thirty. There is no goal. Simply the opportunity to let your day begin with you.

My daily rituals, one cup at a time ☕️🤍

There is something so comforting about creating a little moment for yourself with a favourite drink.

Some days it’s a nourishing cacao, a warming chai, a calming herbal tea, a green superfood blend or a protein-rich drink to support my body — each one serving a different purpose and becoming part of my own wellness rhythm.

These small rituals are not just about what’s in the cup… they’re about slowing down, taking a breath, and creating space for yourself. Sometimes it’s a quiet moment alone, sometimes it’s shared with someone you love — a simple reminder to pause and reconnect.

We love that these beautiful handmade mugs by Terra Maree become part of those moments. Thoughtfully created, each piece brings a sense of beauty and intention to everyday rituals.

What’s your favourite drink ritual — and the mug you always reach for? 🤍

One thing I've come to appreciate over the years is that wellbeing has its own rhythm.

We feel it when we spend time in nature, when we breathe deeply, or when we finally allow ourselves to slow down. This month, I'd love to explore rhythm with you - the rhythm of living wellbeing consistently .

These do not need to be perfect routines or carefully planned days, but the gentle practices that help us feel more like ourselves. Take a slow breath in. And a gentle breath out. Perhaps today is simply about noticing what rhythm your body has been asking for.

Scent has always been one of the quickest ways for me to create a sense of calm and stillness within a space.

This winter I have been leaning on the Relax Essential oil. I remember vividly creating this formula and the hope back then is the same as it is today - that they support you in creating small moments of retreat and care within your daily life.

Lighting a candle, applying body oil slowly, or simply pausing to breathe in a grounding scent can completely shift the feeling of a moment. This is a simple ritual that I will be returning to over this coming weekend.

One of the many interesting things I have learned over the years is that stillness and strength often grow together. Creating space to slow down can help us feel clearer, more grounded and more connected to ourselves. It allows us to move through life with greater intention and steadiness.

This week, you may like to notice how you feel after creating a few moments of stillness throughout your day. Sometimes slowing down creates the space for us to hear ourselves more clearly again.

This week’s meditation is an invitation to simply allow the body to rest. There are moments in life where slowing down becomes deeply restorative. A conscious breath. Relaxing the jaw. Softening the shoulders. Feeling supported by the chair beneath you.

Sometimes the body responds beautifully when we offer it even one minute of genuine rest and care. I hope this meditation offers you a small moment of calm within your day today.

The rituals we surround ourselves with matter.

Recently, while preparing to host Kirtan at home, I mentioned that I didn’t have enough beautiful vessels to share with my guests. One of my amazing team members, who has discovered the joy and mindfulness of pottery, surprised me with a collection of hand-crafted mugs created through Terra Maree.

Each piece is unique, shaped by hand and filled with so much care and intention.

There is something deeply nurturing about drinking from a vessel that carries the energy and story of the person who made it. My morning matcha ritual now feels even more special — a small reminder to slow down, be present and appreciate the simple moments.

Wellness isn’t only found in the big experiences. It lives in the everyday rituals we create for ourselves.

A handmade cup. A nourishing matcha. A moment of stillness. 🤍
