After lodging the DA late last year, "Loretto" (on the corner of Olive and Hume Streets, Albury) is now open for public submissions. A 9 storey building comprising of 23 apartments including 2 incredible penthouses, Loretto will be the queen of the Albury skyline.

Naughtin Development Group are proud to be working with clients Frank Vrachas and Peter Zerbst, along with David Hunter and the team at Habitat Planning to commence the delivery of what will be one of the region's most inspiring residential apartment buildings.

We look forward to launching into construction in late 2022.
