Reconciliation isn't a week-long exercise. It's built into how a business operates, who it partners with, and how it shows up in the communities it serves.
At NPS, that means concrete commitments: Indigenous employment pathways, procurement partnerships with First Nations businesses, and cultural awareness as part of how our officers are briefed for the communities they work in.
We don't claim to have it all figured out. But we're committed to doing the work, not just marking the occasion.
We pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present, and emerging, and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work.
