💭💭Statements like these are both comforting 💕💕and concerning 😬😬..

➖Comforting ➖because for those smaller businesses who are struggling financially to sustain staff and rent overheads, they may be now thinking outside the square now and seeing the financial and productivity benefits of setting up their staff or business from home..

➕Perhaps too , business owners are learning about the virtual business world and how they and their business can still remain at the forefront - virtually.
❓How they can still connect - virtually and feel connected - maybe even more so!
💻 👨‍💻Utilising technology and virtual tools.👨‍💻👩‍💻

😬😬Concerning though too
Because some businesses I have seen employ Virtual Administrators from abroad 🌍🌍rather than keeping jobs down under🇦🇺🇦🇺

💭💭Thinking that a Virtual Robot 🤖🤖can offer the same services as a Virtual Assistant for more than half the cost.

🛑❌I have been employed in the past to clean up the mess 💩 💩 of what may have been a 💡Wise idea at the time❌

As the saying goes “you pay 🥜 = 🐒🐒... “

So whilst we all navigate 🗺 our way through this pandemic 🦠🦠 , think 🤔💡about keeping jobs down under 🇦🇺before being tempted to employ ✈️✈️overseas staff to ultimately represent you and your business.

🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️Because I can tell you this it will cost💵💵 you a WHOLE lot more to fix ⚒⚒such a mess 💩💩when you take short cuts.

Whilst they’re maybe advertising that they’re virtual assistants 👨‍💻👩‍💻what they really are is a virtual robot 🤖..

For those of you who’ve possibly lost your job think about services you may be able to offer from home.
💡Have great IT SKILLS? Search through Instagram and Approach businesses who do not have a bricks and mortar shop front.

👨‍💻👩‍💻Connect, ask and offer what you know. You may be able to help them with their social media outlays and material.. Even if it means negotiating your rate think outside the square. You may be able to help More than one business..

Good luck, keep jobs down under 🇦🇺 and support small business ✌️ virtual hugs and 💪🏻 to all of you navigating your way through this 🦠 pandemic .

GASLIGHTING a A new kind of bullying trend and how it could be happening in your workplace ...

Ever wondered how you can’t work your boss out? One minute they’re praising you next minute scowling you or blaming you and your incompetence making you feel inadequate and feeling as though you’re unable to actually prove you’ve been given different instructions and almost feeling like you can’t prove your boss is lying ?

Feeling like you’re left confused and asking .. ahh was that a back handed compliment or insult? Feeling insecure within your position and constantly feeling like you can never do enough and like you don’t know if you’re coming or going?

Gas lighting in the workplace is becoming the new Bullyiing type behaviour within workplaces ...

Whilst we hear this term A LOT atm on reality tv , (I’m sure you’ve read some married at first sight viewer comments on social media accusing some couple behaviour as gas lighting) a recent study shows that gas lighting behaviours are becoming more and more common within the workplace..

What is gas lighting ?
Basically and in layman’s terms someone who manipulates and makes you doubt yourself, your ability and literally makes you feel as though you’re losing your mind and at times making you almost take the blame for something you actually haven’t done..

This constant toxic talk makes you anxious and feel like you can’t win , can’t even remember and becoming to feel overwhelmed as if you are physically and mentally unable to do your job..

SOMETIMES it even sounds like you’re receiving a compliment then ends with a negative and toxic personal criticism of your work.. or a string of lies which is manipulated to make you look like “you didn’t follow my instructions ..”

Almost like working with a “smiling assassin”..

📌📍❗️Tip: Microsoft help line number

After a slight hiccup last night with my PC (my pc refreshed and I lost Microsoft office all files associated with Microsoft office and nearly lost ten years off my life!!), I was offered the best support and customer service ever !!
Keep this number handy! They suggested to always call them before you take your computer to a technician if you have any issues at all and you can view your desktop at least they can help you.. or at least direct you.
The technician logged in remotely to my pc and within an hour everything was restored!!! And it was free!!! 😊

A simple picnic somewhere in the open air, putting up a tent in your backyard and sleeping under the stars with your family, or simply taking a break and exploring the city and its secret alley ways!!
On your own, with your fam bam, in a group or as a couple create your own adventures and make it your "job" to keep this on your to do list!
