Dean Casamento The Confidence Coach

Dean Casamento The Confidence Coach A program designed for individuals who want to "breakthrough" all barriers, behaviours and conflicts in their life with undeniable RESULTS!

This page had been devoted to sharing insight, inspiration, motivation, knowledge and understanding on the power of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), TimeLineTherapy© and Hypnosis. With Dean Casamento's Personal Breakthrough Program combining the above three modalities of change, presenting problems and higher levels problems are de-nominalised into a process. Its Dean's belief that this de-nomin

alisation allows all "problems" to be undone and either totally let gone off or reinstalled in creating excellence in the 6 Prime Areas of Life:

- Career
- Health & Fitness
- Relationships
- Family
- Spirituality
- Personal Growth and Development

Current and past clients have "let go of":

18th ..missed worlds qualifier by 4 spots…controlled what I could, full grit and effort…have loved the journey.

Embrace the challenge whatever that is for you…”Good stuff is on the other side” …remember magic is in the steps week take week in week out…results will come but maybe not in the way you originally thought.

Much love.

The Adventure Begins 🚴‍♂️🌲🇹🇦

Travel day is done.

Started with an early flight out of Melbourne and arrived to a wet, misty and rain-soaked Launceston — exactly the kind of weather that makes Tasmania feel like Tasmania.

I stopped in to visit my in-laws and spend some time with my nieces and nephews before turning my attention to race week. Then it was time to stock up on supplies. When you’re heading into relatively remote parts of Tasmania, you quickly learn to be organised.

On the drive across I checked out the opening climb of the Devil’s Cardigan through Mutual Valley. Seeing the first climb in person makes everything feel a little more real.

By late afternoon I arrived at my accommodation in Pyengana. Quiet, quaint, isolated and absolutely beautiful. The kind of place where the pace of life immediately slows down.

Dinner was all about topping up the fuel tank, followed by unpacking the bike, sealing the tyres and getting everything race-ready. Now it’s time for a little rest and recovery before tomorrow’s shakeout ride around Derby.

One of the things I love most about gravel cycling is where it takes you. Exploring relatively remote parts of Australia, discovering places you’d probably never otherwise visit, and immersing yourself in landscapes far removed from everyday life.

Tomorrow we ride. Saturday is the big dance.

And I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. 🚴‍♂️🌲🏔️

Girls backed up yesterday’s amazing lighting prem only dropping one game at the divisions today.
Younger, smaller less experienced but full of heart, grit and plenty of smiles.
Lovely to hear that 90% of the girls have never qualified for divisions before. A first for most.
Girls all should be very proud of themselves ❤️

Flipped codes today coaching girls and my Grace.
Undefeated moving into tomorrow’s divisions.
It was all smiles and a great sense of team. ❤️
Grateful for these little moments 🙏🙏

Foot & Ankle Strength = AFL Performance 🦶🏉

One area often overlooked in junior football development is foot and ankle strength.

Today Bohdi was working on building stiffness, strength and control through the foot and ankle complex.

Why does it matter?

✅ Better acceleration and first-step speed
✅ Improved change of direction and agility
✅ More efficient jumping and landing
✅ Greater balance in contests
✅ Reduced risk of ankle and lower leg injuries

Think of the foot as the foundation of the athlete. If the foundation is strong, the body can produce and transfer force more effectively up the chain.

Developing strong feet and ankles between the ages of 10 to 16 is far more important than lifting heavy weights.

Strong foundations. Better movement. Better football.

What a win! All ❤️❤️❤️these boys ..
