Final Renders of our recent Dual Occupancy design under construction in Heidelberg West. The design allows for 2 large sized family homes on a small parcel of land. The 3 storey proposal initially faced opposition from council. With the persistence of the owner / developer in pursuing their brief and the highly skilled assistance and negotiation from our town planning consultant we were able to reach a great outcome in obtaining the planning approval. One initiative that we included was the placement of greenwall planting on both units to retain stormwater. This ensured the development is energy efficient but also sensitive to urban water design.
