A little reminder that checking in can make a big difference 💛
Today, our team arrived to a little R U OK? surprise - a cookie, a thank you note, and a coffee on SEIVA ☕️
Everyone was encouraged to grab a teammate, grab a coffee and have a check-in. Big chats, small chats or simply taking a moment to connect - it’s always worth asking, R U OK?
Thank you, SEIVA 💛

One big week, three reasons to celebrate 🎉

We wrapped up the financial year, celebrated SEIVA’s 14th anniversary, and came together for our EOFY party all in the space of one memorable week.

Our team has worked incredibly hard, supported one another, and continued to deliver for our clients through one of the busiest times of the year. So, it was only right that we paused, raised a glass, and celebrated everything we’ve achieved together.

A huge thank you to our wonderful team for the energy, care and commitment you bring to SEIVA every day. Here’s to 14 years of SEIVA and everything still to come. 🥂

We’re incredibly proud to share that SEIVA has been recognised as the #13 Best Workplace in Finance & Insurance in Australia for 2026 by Great Place to Work®. 💙

This recognition means so much because it comes directly from the people who know us best - our team.

At SEIVA, we’ve always believed that when people feel supported, trusted and empowered, they do their best work. That culture flows through to our clients, our community, and everything we do.

To our amazing team: thank you for bringing your passion, collaboration and care to work every single day. This achievement belongs to each and every one of you.

And to our clients and partners, thank you for being part of the journey. Here’s to continuing to grow, support eachother, and create great outcomes - together!

“This is someone who is known, not just for their technical capability but also the way they show up for others.
They are a kind leader who creates inclusive spaces where people feel supportive, connected and encouraged to grow”

We couldn’t agree more with these lovely words gifted to Stacey along with the Henry Fox Award last Thursday.
Please join us in congratulating Stacey for this huge achievement!

It’s tax planning time. Not June. Now.

The real value comes from what happens before the deadline — understanding your position early and putting the right plan in place.

The earlier we start, the more opportunities we can uncover.

If you haven’t had that conversation yet, now is the time to connect with your SEIVA Advisor or reach out to the team on (03) 9866 6222 to book in a session.
