At our Eaglemont Residence, the relationship between architecture, landscape and outlook is carefully elevated — both literally and experientially. Here, the pool adjoins the open-plan living spaces, extending the sense of calm beyond the interior and drawing the eye outward to surrounding treetop vistas and distant views beyond.

Full-height glazing dissolves the threshold between inside and out, allowing the living environment to expand seamlessly onto the terrace. Soft, sheer curtains introduce a moment of quiet softness against the home’s more monolithic language, gently filtering light and movement through the space. The pool itself reads as a continuation of the architecture — restrained, linear and deeply integrated — reinforcing a sense of stillness and retreat.

Conceived as a place of pause as much as gathering, the elevated setting allows daily life to unfold against a constantly shifting backdrop of light, landscape and sky, lending the home a quiet sense of openness and serenity.

A close study in restraint, the kitchen at our Beaconsfield Residence celebrates quiet materiality and precision. Softly curved stone edges temper the crisp geometry of the joinery, while integrated detailing and concealed functionality allow the space to feel calm, effortless, and intentionally pared back. Bathed in natural light, the kitchen becomes less about statement and more about atmosphere — refined, timeless, and quietly resolved.

In the kitchen of our Caulfield Residence, grand proportions meet a quiet, pared-back elegance. A muted palette and thickened walls create a sense of permanence, while the large circular skylight floods the space with shifting light and shadow. Robust stone forms and finely crafted timber are softened by the gentle curvature of the ceiling, and deep window reveals frame select garden views, connecting this refined interior to its lush surrounds.

The façade of our Caulfield Residence is conceived as a sculptural composition — strong, private, and enduring. Defined by its monolithic masses and deeply carved recesses, it projects a sense of permanence and quiet authority. The textured surfaces catch light and shadow, accentuating its bold geometry, while the still water at the entry provides a counterbalance of calm and reflection. Together, these elements create a dialogue between strength and serenity, elevating the architecture to something closer to art.

t our Brighton Residence, a sculptural helical stair anchors the transition between old and new. Softly carved and fluid in form, it guides movement through the home while shaping the surrounding volume with a calm, gallery-like clarity. Light washes across the curved plaster surfaces throughout the day, reinforcing the restrained material palette and sense of quiet refinement throughout the interior.

Our Brighton Residence centres around a sculptural helical stair—an element that quietly anchors the transition between old and new.

Softly carved and fluid in form, the stair reads as both architecture and object; its sweeping geometry guiding movement while shaping the volume around it. Light washes across its curved surfaces, amplifying the subtle texture of the polished plaster and reinforcing a calm, almost gallery-like clarity.

Set against a restrained palette, the contrast of dark, concealed joinery further heightens its presence—allowing the stair to sit as a refined yet expressive focal point within the home’s broader composition of space, light, and continuity.

At our Eaglemont Residence, this kitchen and dining space is conceived as a restrained composition of volume, texture and light — a quiet, continuous backdrop to daily life. Full-height joinery wraps the perimeter, concealing storage and allowing the architecture to read as a singular, resolved plane rather than a collection of parts. The ‘working’ kitchen is discreetly tucked just beyond, maintaining clarity to the primary space while still borrowing light and outlook from the garden — ensuring the act of cooking remains connected, not concealed.

A monolithic stone island anchors the room, its softened veining adding depth to an otherwise muted palette. It sits with a sense of weight and permanence, balanced by the lightness of the surrounding surfaces and the openness of the adjoining dining area. Here, a circular table introduces a gentle counterpoint to the linear architecture, fostering a more intimate, social scale within the larger volume.

Expanses of glazing dissolve the boundary to the garden, allowing shifting light to animate the textures of timber and stone throughout the day. The result is a space that feels calm and effortless — where function is carefully resolved, yet quietly recedes behind a composed and enduring architectural language.

A study in restraint at our Eaglemont Residence, this ensuite is conceived as a calm, monolithic composition where material and light quietly define the space. A carved stone vanity anchors the room, its soft veining bringing subtle movement to an otherwise pared-back palette. Twin basins are seamlessly integrated, allowing the form to read as a singular, sculptural volume rather than a collection of elements.

Above, a skylight washes the space in diffused natural light, gently revealing the texture of the surrounding surfaces and softening the edges of the architecture. Full-height joinery and concealed storage maintain a sense of clarity and order, reinforcing the room’s quiet, gallery-like quality.

The result is an environment that feels both precise and effortless — a refined, introspective space where simplicity is elevated through detail and proportion.
